                 What to know before your Inbody230 scan

  • Water intake: Hydrate well the day before your scan.

  • Caffeine: Do not drink caffeine on the day of your scan.

  • Eating: Do not eat 3-4 hours prior to test.

  • Accessories: Remove jewelry, hats, and shoes and anything metal. 

  • Exercise: Do not exercise 6-12 hours prior to test.

  • Bathing:  Do not test after shower or sauna.

  • Clothing: Do not wear clothing that covers hands and or feet.

  • Electrical devices:  Do not test if you have a pacemaker or other medical implanted devices.

  • Pregnant :  Do not test if you are pregnant.

What to know before your Styku scan
 

 

  • Clothing: Wear tight-fitting clothes that closely follow your body contours. Sports bra, leggings or boxer briefs.

  • Hair: Tie up long hair to avoid obstructing the scan. Make sure hair is off your neck and back.

  • Accessories: Remove jewelry, hats, and shoes. 

  • Pose: Follow the technician's instructions on how to stand and position your arms during the scan. 

  • Movement: Stay still during the scan to ensure accurate measurements.
